Syracuse-based 2ndNature, a full service website design and development studio has completed several new interactive projects for Cental New York corporate clients that include Welch Allyn of Skaneateles, NY, Mack Studios Displays, of Auburn, NY, Multimed Billing Service of Baldwinsville, NY, and M.S. Kennedy of Liverpool, NY.

(PRWEB) June 12, 2004 -- For Welch Allyn, 2ndNature designed a new website for the Wm. Noah Allyn International Center for Training and Sales Development known simply as The Lodge (www.thelodge.welchallyn.com). Welch Allyn required an enhanced online presence for their corporate conference facility that would include the necessary design and programming to provide the leading search engines like Google and Yahoo with appropriate content for high search results ranking.

2ndNature also designed and developed a multi-language website for Welch Allyn’s Cardio Pulmonary offerings in Europe. Welch Allyn offers an extensive range of PC-based diagnostic modules, all of which are integrated into the Welch Allyn CardioPerfect Workstation.

The Workstation represents the latest in innovative technology for PC-based diagnostic systems, integrating 6 different diagnostic tests into a single program and a single database.

Currently this product is found in many physicians’ offices as well as hospitals around the world, where it provides doctors and nurses immediate access to the benefits of digital storage and retrieval of medical information. The Workstation interfaces with a variety of Electronic Medical Records Systems (EMRs) for improved work-flow and work-efficiency. The Cardio website provides visitors with product information brochures and user manuals in 11 languages.

Welch Allyn also contracted 2ndNature to develop a dynamic database-driven Web application to provide their Germany website managers with the capability to update their online press releases through an easy to use browser-based user interface for content management. 2ndNature is currently designing and developing several other Welch Allyn websites for their European, Middle East, African and Asian product distribution regions.

For Mack Studios/Displays in Auburn, NY, 2ndNature designed and developed an online retail display    “optimization” application for Mack’s Fortune 50 retail clients to order customized display/gondola configurations through a graphic user-interface and ordering system. The online application requires a user login through a password protected client area in order to track specific details of the order and order history.

2ndNature designed and developed a secure email messaging system for Multimed Billing Service in order for their clients to transmit and receive encrypted confidential patient data and correspondence over the Internet. The application required strict adherence to the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) compliance requirements in order to protect any patient-related correspondence between Multimed and their clients from being accessible except through a secure webserver environment with password protected areas. The messaging system was designed with the Multimed brand and identity and will be enhanced in future versions to provide integration with internal office systems and databases.

For M.S. Kennedy (MSK), a Liverpool, NY-based high-tech electronics manufacturer for the aerospace and defense industries, 2ndNature re-designed their website (www.mskennedy.com) to provide their customers with corporate contact information and easy access to product application and datasheets through an engaging user interface. MS Kennedy also hired 2ndNature to take new photography and video footage of their manufacturing facilities and product shots in order to present them on the website and also for an interactive facilities tour CD-ROM that 2ndNature is also developing for MSK.
