Frankie J. Forbes, J.D., M.B.A. received his B.A., M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Kansas. He is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri, and is a current member of the Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations, the Greater Kansas City Society of Healthcare Attorneys, the American Health Lawyers Association and the Healthcare Financial Managers Association. Mr. Forbes’ practice area is primarily devoted to advising clients on corporate health care matters. He has lectured on such corporate health care matters as preventing Medicare fraud and abuse, the HIPAA privacy rules, and the Emergency Medical Transfer and Leave Act. Mr. Forbes works regularly with hospital administrators, executives of mental health care clinics, child abuse prevention centers, nursing homes, DME suppliers and ambulatory surgical centers.
