Revation Systems Introduces LinkLive 3.0 with Secure Email Solutions


Revation adds secure email solutions, simplified management and advanced monitoring.

Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) May 1, 2006 -- Revation Systems, Inc, a leading provider of advanced applications for contact centers and compliant messaging, today announced the upcoming availability of LinkLive 3.0. The company is announcing secure email solutions, advanced contact center monitoring and further integration with leading ecommerce providers to banks.

LinkLive 3.0 was designed for existing customers who want to simplify management and improve customer service monitoring. This release also introduces several new secure email features. The email features were developed based on feedback from regional financial institutions and companies who want to protect sensitive customer data.

Below is a summary of key capabilities in LinkLive 3.0:

Simplified Management: All server applications now run on a single IP address and as a single service under Windows or Linux. Management has been consolidated into one interface and allows managers to configure the server, setup directories, administer policies, setup web email and configure contact center groups. The new interface is expected to reduce setup and ongoing management time by up to 50%.

Advanced Monitoring: LinkLive Viewer, a monitoring application, enables contact center managers to set audible and visual notifications for specific hunt group conditions. The system notifies agents and managers when customers are waiting or when groups come online, become busy, enter queue conditions, end queue conditions or when the system goes offline. The Viewer can be setup from any PC on either side of the company firewall. LinkLive Viewer proactively monitors conditions freeing up managers' and agents' time to work directly with customers.

Secure Email: Employees can send and receive encrypted email with customers. LinkLive 3.0 automatically generates guest accounts for customers and notifies outside users that secure messages are waiting. Optionally, customers can also be notified and view messages when logged into their banks ecommerce system. Employees simply use existing email clients to generate and respond to secure mail.

Secure Email Queuing: LinkLive 3.0 Contact Center Module enables contact centers to receive or send secure email with customers and routes the inbound email request to available agents using presence.

Other LinkLive 3.0 enhancements included improved FTP performance, multi-party FTP, end user password updates, chat logging in email folders and a new authentication module that enables developers to integrate authentication applications with almost any website or 3rd party application.
