As Security Officer, Philips will guide the Regulus Security Team in ISO17799 certification, HIPAA, and SAS70 compliance across the entire organization. As Technology Operations Officer, Dalton will lead the centralization of Regulus' data center operations. Under their direction, Regulus will build upon its ability to consolidate, mine and manipulate data in a secure environment to provide innovative paper and electronic-based solutions.

Phillips’ has over 12 years of technology experience with particular expertise in security governance, policies and regulations—critical knowledge that will guide him as he manages and further develops Regulus’ information security procedures, guidelines, and practices. Dalton has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of data center management including end-to-end enterprise infrastructure and technology solution and service delivery. Prior to joining Regulus he was responsible for Platform Services and Security Administration at the University of California, Berkeley and led the re-engineering of their data center operations.
