The new organization is targeted to the Federal Defense and Homeland Security market and merges the expertise of an enterprise-class security and operations consultancy with a seasoned guard force management, personnel management and security operations organization. Harry Regan, Managing Partner of SunStorm Security, has been appointed to the position of Vice President, Federal Operations for VeriGuard Security and will be the senior executive of SunStorm–VeriGuard which will operate from SunStorm Security’s Columbia, MD facility. Grayling Livingston, founder and President of VeriGuard Security, will operate as chief executive from VeriGuard’s Elk Grove, CA headquarters.

Mr. Livingston is retired from the Air Force where he managed base security and provided executive protection in a number of global assignments. Harry Regan’s career includes a long tenure at Boeing Computer Services including assignments with the Tomahawk Cruise Missile Program, the Apache Helicopter Program, and the Aegis Cruiser Program, and the Guaranteed Student Loan Program of the Department of Education.
